There’s quite a difference between this and the 19-year-old who was at Obras ‘93, jumping and sweating like a maniac. That guy whose ticket disintegrated from all the sweat, sticking it back together with tape. You know what hasn’t changed? Having Living Colour right in front of me, on stage, giving their best. Always In sync with a mixed crowd— consisting mainly of longtime rockers, tons of musicians, and people who know their stuff. Tengo 50 años, empecé a usar anteojos para ver la letra pequeña. Tengo un menisco roto, que embadurno con árnica periódicamente. Ando mucho en bici y escucho más música. Ya no me queda pelo, lo rapo porque me gusta y es re práctico. Son muchas diferencias con el pebete de 19 que estuvo en Obras 93' saltando y sudando como un degenerado. Ese a quién se le deshizo la entrada por la transpiración, pegándola con cinta adhesiva. Sabés que no cambió? Tener a Living Colour enfrente, en el escenario, dejándolo todo. En comunión con un público mixto, formado por rockers de toda la vida, muchísimos músicos y gente que sabe del tema. Porque LC lo amerita, porque es un monstruo musical de cuatro cabezas, que se complementa increíblemente bien. Su química está intacta, sus temas son únicos e irrepetibles.
